CSN offer an annual HEALTH CHECK to all new and existing customers.
By completing a short self assessment, we can give you benchmark information and recommendations that you can use to improve the customer service in your organisation.
You can use the findings to identify gaps in your service delivery and understand the improvements you should consider making on your journey towards service excellence.
This service is available to all CSN members either when they join, or on an annual basis by request.
