New for February 2010

The CSN Complaints Forum

At CSN we recognise that complaints are extremely valuable to an organisation.

We also realise that the role of a complaint manager or handler can, at times, be a lonely one. Thats why we are launched the CSN Complaints Forum.

The Complaints Forum  has been developed by CSN to focus on complaint management best practice and provide complaint managers and handlers with an opportunity to learn from each other.

The Forum focuses on the issues and challenges facing those who manage or handle complaints  in all types of UK organisations. The meeting  agendas are member driven and the groups  supporting activities will go beyond the high-tech hype, and focus on real-life issues surrounding the management of complaints.

The Complaints Forum meet for a full day four times per  year. The meetings will be supported by additional research activities, vendor presentations and site visits.

To keep the momentum going between meetings,  there  will be Web forums, an online discussion forum and a blog to focus on the current issues facing the complaints community as a whole.

The inaugural meeting was held on 4th February  at GE Money Home Lending GE Money Home Lending, , Harrow, Middlesex,
